Another funny thing Ava has started doing is tackling Chad to the ground to give him eskimo kisses and butterfly kisses. And when she's done with that she'll push his face to the ground and say "night night." And when she's ready to play again she'll yell "wake up!"
I just have to express how happy I've been the last few days that it has been warm!!! Finally!!! I'm sure all of you moms completely understand, but trying to keep a toddler happy and entertained all winter inside becomes very hard to do. Ava has been spending every minute outside that she possibly can lately. I'm so happy that Spring feels closer than it did just last week. I feel very grateful for seasons, too! Fall has always been my absolute favorite for some reason...Maybe it's the colors, the rain and the smells and the feeling of a cool breeze relieving some summer heat. But as I get older, I'm learning to love and appreciate each season for something different. Spring definitely brings a feeling of renewal and energy! That's a welcomed feeling after hibernating all winter indoors. Living in Utah definitely has it's advantages with experiencing all 4 seasons. I shouldn't complain as much as I do about the weather... Anyway, here's to some hope that Spring will be here soon and so we can enjoy yet another season!
